Can you lift and load?

If you have all the right skills and the right docs in place, we can get you approved right away as a Movepal Mover. If you’re not quite ready yet, we can provide full support and training to get you up to speed.

Download the app and choose the right moves that suit you and your schedule. Everything is done through the app. Tap to accept a move, Tap to start and finish a move and tap for payment. You get paid within 48 hrs. Too easy.

Mover Requirements

See if you have what it takes to become a mover with Movepal.

Be at least 21 years of age to be an driver
Have access to a vehicle that meets Movepal’s vehicle requirements
Own your own vehicle or be authorized to drive your vehicle
Hold a valid driver’s licence that matches the vehicle type
Be fit, strong and physically able and have furniture moving experience
Have a recent smart phone running iOS or Android
Be confident with using an iPhone or Android
Be good with people and have strong communication skills
Have furniture moving skills
Provide the relevant documents

Background checks

After starting the application process, you’ll need to pass a background check. Processes for mover background checks vary by state and we will help you with the process.

Required documents

Valid drivers licence
Current Vehicle registration certificate
ABN (Australian Business Number) – if you don’t have this yet we can help you with the process. Register your ABN here
Insurance documentation – if you don’t have these yet we can help you with the process
